There is a lot of diversity when it comes to the best way to run your fighter in combat. You get so many ability score increases and extra attacks!.You can use any weapon you want and use it better than anyone else.Everything you do looks like a scene from an action movie.Plus, they are one of the only classes that attack a dragon with a sword and live to tell the tale. Fighters are dependable, they are respected across cultures, and they are the cornerstone of combat survival. There is a reason that so many of the pop culture heroes we love are fighters. All your class options are designed to make you better at dealing damage with the weapon of your choice. You can make your fighter a deadly ranged character, a death-dealing tank, a WWE wrestler, a military general, the list goes on and on. There are so many different ways to build a fighter, but at the end of the day, your role is to be good at combat.

Choosing a fighter is an excellent option for beginners as well as experienced players interested in exploring the advanced combat options baked into the game. While you can undoubtedly play a basic fighter, there is just so much more potential to unlock with this class than most folks realize.

You’ll hear many jokes about fighters being the most basic character option possible.
